Do nothing for 2 minutes dot com is stealthily sneaking meditation into the internet habits of it’s visitors. Give it a shot, even if you don’t make it the entire 2 minutes, pausing for a brief moment can refresh your mind and energy. If you have trouble, bring your attention to your senses. Feel the play of air on your face and hands, or the (hopefully pleasant) smells of the room you’re in. If your eyes are open, see the colors and shapes; notice the forms, not the objects. If they’re closed, let the hearing expand to include the furthest sounds. There is no right, or wrong, way to do it.
